QR Code ON the school

Posted on February 3, 2012

Mr Hurst’s Lever House Primary School  has installed a 2.4 x 2.0m high QR code on the side of the Lever House Primary School building. People can scan the code and it takes them to the interactive school blog where people from around the globe are collaborating with the school pupils and teachers.

Staff and pupils are creating QR codes in school too. They are posting them in school on our display boards so that when you read the poetry in Year 6 the QR code links to a podcast of the pupils reading out their poems they have written. They also have QR codes in the hall that link to video footage of the schools the pupils are linked to and collaborating with in China.

Check out our other QR Code in Education  category, especially the use of QR Codes in school libraries.
